1. Eligibility

You acknowledge that results are subjective interpretations and not scientifically guaranteed.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Submit or share information about third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services.

Prices, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with app store policies.

You may stop using the Services at any time; certain obligations (payment due, dispute resolution) survive termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatDestiny disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (i) $50 USD or (ii) the fees you paid in the past 6 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChatDestiny, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (U.S. Users)

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
